My pet accidentally swallowed some of your product, what should I do?
For most products, we recommend encouraging your pet to drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Contact your local veterinarian if any symptoms occur. If your pet has ingested one of our Chlorhexidine products or our Ear Mite Treatment, please call your local Poison Control at 1 (800) 222-1222. Have the product container available.
Do you sell your products through any distributors?

I don't remember when I bought this product, how do I know if it is still good?

All ADL products should come with a 5-digit number stamped on the bottom that indicates when the product was manufactured. All products have a shelf life of two years. Products are not harmful to use after expiration dates, but product efficacy will decrease.
How To Determine Expiration Dates:
The first digit represents the year and the following two digits represent the month in which the product was made. So an item with the above number would have an expiration date 2 years from March 2011.
